(Check-in: July 13, 2026 at 14:00 hrs. IST & Check out: July 17, 2026 at 12:00 Noon IST.) It may please be noted that the hotel bookings will be confirmed only on receiving the passport and visa copies of the company representatives.

• Airport pick-up & drop facility provided. 
• Transportation arrangements from Hotel to Venue and back on all days of the event.
• Access to buyers lounge & other privilege areas & venues during the fair.

• Any requests for factory visits or other curated visits can be considered on a case-to-case basis.
