The Event will be organized by a Consortium of all Textiles Export Promotion Councils with the support of the Ministry of Textiles, Govt. of India.
About Bharat Tex 2026:
The next edition of Bharat Tex 2026 will be held from 14 to 17 July 2026 for the entire textile value chain at Bharat Mandapam. Bharat Tex is poised to be a landmark event in the global textile calendar.

Exhibitors can display products from the entire value chain of Textiles such as Fibre, Yarn, Fabrics, Apparel & Fashion, Home Textiles, Handloom, Handicraft, Carpets Technical Textiles, Dyes & Chemicals.
Publicity & Promotion:
The Event will be promoted extensively by all the Textiles Export Promotion Councils with the active support from the Ministry of Textiles and the Indian Missions abroad. Roadshows will be conducted in leading Export markets to attract many overseas buyers.

Procedure for Application:
- For participation, please fill up the enclosed Application Form & kindly share the screenshot once the form is submitted successfully (Click to Open)
- All applications would be accepted on First-come-First serve basis. However, the last date of Application with application money (25% of total booking amount including GST) is 31st December 2025. Booking will be closed once the available area is booked.
Refund policy for withdrawn booths at Bharat Tex 2026:
- If you withdraw your booth before allotment of stall, 50% booth fee will be refunded.
- After Allotment: If you withdraw your booth after allotment of stall/space, 100% booth fee will be forfeited.
- Any exhibitor who cancels their participation in less than 5 days before the start of the show will be liable for a penalty as determined by the Core Committee of Bharat Tex.
