We are pleased to inform you that the following complimentary services will be provided to you during your visit to participate in “Bharat Tex 2026."

1. Complimentary Hotel Accommodation of one room per company for a maximum of 2 company representatives on twin sharing basis inclusive of Breakfast, at a 5-Star Business Class hotel for 4 nights in New Delhi. (Check-in: July 13, 2026 at 14:00 hrs. IST & Check out: July 17, 2026 at 12:00 Noon IST.) It may please be noted that the hotel bookings will be confirmed only on receiving the passport and visa copies of the company representatives. 
2.  Free Wi-Fi at the hotel and venue.
3. Airport pick-up & drop facility provided. 
4. Transportation arrangements from Hotel to Venue and back on all days of the event.
5. Access to buyers lounge & other privilege areas & venues during the fair.
6.  Special invites to important events during the fair. 
7. Any requests for factory visits or other curated visits can be considered on a case-to-case basis.
