Sub: Extension of Special Drive for expeditious issuance of EODCs under Advance Authorisation (AA) & EPCG Schemes till May 31, 2026

Dear Sir / Madam,

DGFT (Directorate General of Foreign Trade), vide Trade Notice No. 34/ 2026-27 dated April 1, 2026 have extended the special drive for expeditious issuance of Export Obligation Discharge Certificates (EODCs) under the Advance Authorisation (AA) and EPCG schemes from April 1, 2026 to May 31, 2026.

The extension follows the successful disposal of a significant number of pending EODC cases during March 2026 and aims to further reduce pending cases, with emphasis on older and deficient applications.
