Sub: Invitation to participate in Webinar on Registration and Submission of Statistical Returns through TSRS Portal for Technical Textiles

This has reference to MATEXIL’s Circular dated September 8, 2026, regarding the registration and timely submission of Statistical Returns through the Textile Statistical Return System (TSRS) Portal of the Office of the Textile Commissioner, Ministry of Textiles. A copy of the said Circular is reproduced below for ready reference.

In this regard, the Office of the Textile Commissioner, Ministry of Textiles, Government of India, is organising a Webinar at 3:00 PM today, i.e. September 17, 2026, to explain the registration process and submission of Statistical Returns through the TSRS Portal and to address queries/doubts of the members.

Members are requested to participate in the Webinar and avail the opportunity to seek clarification on the registration process, filling up and submission of Statistical Returns, and other related issues.
