Sub: Extension of RoSCTL Scheme up to 31st December, 2026

Dear Sir / Madam,

The Ministry of Textiles, vide Notification dated 30th September, 2026, has extended the Rebate of State and Central Taxes and Levies (RoSCTL) Scheme on export of apparel/garments and made-ups from 1st October, 2026 to 31st December, 2026.

The Scheme shall continue with the same scope, eligibility criteria, structure, nature, coverage, cost norms and other terms and conditions as were applicable on 30th September, 2026. The prevailing rates and caps for all items under the Scheme shall remain unchanged unless notified otherwise.
