Sub: Renewal of Membership for Eligibility in Election of COA – 2026–27 

Dear Sir / Madam,

As you are aware, the Council undertakes the election process each year to fill vacant seats on the Committee of Administration (CoA).

In this regard, we would like to inform you that, as per the election guidelines, only those members whose Companies/Organizations ( which they represent )  hold a valid RCMC with the Council for the financial year 2026–27 shall be eligible to vote or contest in the election.

It is observed that while many members have already renewed their membership, some members are yet to complete the renewal process for the year 2026–27.

In view of the above, we request you to kindly renew your membership with the Council at the earliest to ensure your eligibility to vote or to stand as a candidate in the forthcoming elections.
