Sub: Continuation of the RoDTEP Scheme up to 31st December 2026

Dear Sir / Madam,

DGFT, vide Notification No. 41/2026- 27 dated 30th September 2026, has continued the Remission of Duties and Taxes on Exported Products (RoDTEP) Scheme up to 31st December 2026.

The Scheme shall continue to be available for eligible exports made by Domestic Tariff Area (DTA) units, Advance Authorisation (AA) holders, Special Economic Zone (SEZ) units and Export Oriented Units (EOUs).

The existing RoDTEP rates and value caps, as applicable on 30th September 2026 and notified under Appendix 4R and Appendix 4RE, shall continue unchanged during the extended period.
