Sub: Invitation to Webinar on RELIEF Scheme- April 29, 2026

As you are aware, the Government has announced the RELIEF – Resilience & Logistics Intervention for Export Facilitation under the Export Promotion Mission (EPM).

The RELIEF Scheme has been introduced in view of the evolving geopolitical situation in West Asia and its consequential impact on maritime logistics across the Gulf region. The Scheme aims to support Indian exporters affected by extraordinary freight escalation, heightened insurance premia, and war-related export risks arising from disruptions in the Gulf and the wider West Asia maritime corridor.

In this context to help members understand the procedures towards availing the benefits of the RELIEF Scheme, the Council is organizing a webinar on RELIEF Scheme.

The webinar is being conducted by the Council free of cost for Indian Exporters.

Speakers

Senior officials from Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India Ltd. (ECGC Ltd.) will conduct the webinar and will provide detailed insights on the Scheme, including its operational aspects and implementation framework. This will be a valuable opportunity for exporters to directly interact with ECGC and gain first-hand clarity. 

Q & A Session
There will be an interactive Question & Answer session, during which members can seek clarifications on any issues related to the RELIEF Scheme and its implementation.
